砂月-SATSUKI- // “BE YOURSELF Tour 2019” in Europe

砂月-SATSUKI- will be returning to Europe with the help of tour organizer HIGHFeeL in mid-June, for a total of 8 shows in 5 different countries between June 14 and June 30.

After the release of his digital single “BE YOURSELF” last May, 砂月-SATSUKI- demonstrated once again how diverse his music actually is, since “BE YOURSELF” has a completely different approach and style than “EPOCALIPSE” before it.
砂月-SATSUKI-: “After pondering and working on my art, I came to the conclusion that a natural way is the most powerful. We all are born to be ourselves. You can be yourself!”

AnimeCon 2019 – “AnimeCon goes South!” in Rotterdam

This time 砂月-SATSUKI- has not one, but three different conventions on it. Something he himself really enjoys, as he has been to various conventions in Europe already. (In 2016 he already did an interview about this topic with us too! You can read this interview here.)

砂月-SATSUKI-‘s performance is scheduled for June 15, the second day of the convention. If you already have a weekend- or Saturday ticket you don’t have to purchase an additional ticket to see his performance. Otherwise, if you just want to enjoy the convention for one day rather than the entire weekend, a Saturday ticket is the best option to see the musical performance as well.

雪 (Yuki) is the owner and driving force behind Arlequin.
She originally started the project in 2009 as a photographer under the name of Arlequin Photography, but developed an interest in journalism and translation ever since. Because of these interests interviews and reviews were added to the project, until it eventually hit the limits as a "photographer" in 2021, and Arlequin Magazine was added to the mix.

雪 (Yuki) is a native Dutch speaker with a graphic design degree, which means she is also the main person behind Arlequin Creations.
After all these years, she's still the one responsible for the interviews and most of the live photography you see here at Arlequin, but the majority of reviews and behind-the-scenes work is also done by her.

The reviews she writes are from the viewing point of an overseas fan, and thus written in English before being translated to Dutch, Spanish and Japanese. In the English versions she also tries to explain the meaning behind certain kanji or song titles to the readers, but what you don't see here is that these explanations are omitted in the Japanese versions in order to appeal to these readers more.

She speaks Dutch and English on a native level, but also understands Japanese and German.
